A 63-minute guided meditation tuned to 432 Hz — the frequency of nature — designed to slow the nervous system, release the day, and carry you gently into deep, restorative sleep.

About this meditation
Most music today is tuned to 440 Hz — a standard adopted in the 20th century for industrial reasons. 432 Hz, by contrast, is the frequency that appears throughout nature: in the resonance of the Earth, in the mathematics of sacred geometry, and in the ancient instruments of Tibetan monasteries.
When you listen to sound tuned to 432 Hz, something in the nervous system recognizes it. Heart rate slows. Cortisol drops. The mind stops its relentless processing and begins to let go. This is not a metaphor — it is measurable physiology.
Preethy recorded this meditation over three sessions, working with live Tibetan singing bowls and her own voice. There is no digital manipulation. What you hear is what was in the room.
The meditation moves through four phases: a body scan to release physical tension, a breath sequence drawn from the Art of Living Sudarshana Kriya, a sound bath with the bowls, and a final guided descent into sleep. Most listeners are asleep before the third phase ends.
This recording is for people who have tried everything — sleep apps, white noise, melatonin — and still lie awake at 2am with a busy mind. It is also for people who sleep fine but wake up exhausted, because they are not reaching the deeper stages of rest. The 432 Hz tuning helps the brain move into delta wave states, which is where true restoration happens.
Watch: Preethy introduces the practice
A 4-minute introduction to the science and practice behind this recording
"I have struggled with sleep for years. I fell asleep before the singing bowls even started. I have listened every night for two weeks and I cannot imagine going back."
"I am a skeptic about sound healing but the science made sense to me. I tried it once as an experiment. I woke up eight hours later with no memory of falling asleep."
"Preethy's voice is extraordinary. Calm, grounded, present. The bowls feel like they are in the room with you. This is the most effective sleep tool I have ever used."
